What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the implementation of cybersecurity and digital risk programs to protect the airline and its customers
- Provide ongoing support for daily tasks related to incident response, application cybersecurity, and vulnerability management
- Support cybersecurity threat assessments and collaborate with various teams for effective security solutions
- Review and update documentation of company processes, policies, and standards
- Communicate cybersecurity information clearly through verbal, written, and visual methods

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Effective communication skills across all levels of management
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of related experience in cybersecurity
- STEM or cybersecurity education/training
- Security+ certification
- Moderate programming skills
- Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and security architecture principles
