What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Clinical Trial Services (CTS) to provide actionable insights and reporting from Real World Data (RWD) assets
- Organize and validate internal data sources to support comprehensive analyses
- Conduct data mining to uncover patterns in treatments, patient behavior, and health outcomes
- Create visualizations and reports to effectively communicate data-driven findings
- Develop dashboards and analytics for both internal and external stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, computing, or technical discipline with 4+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence
- 2+ years of experience with scripting languages (R, Python, Julia)
- 2+ years of experience with relational databases (SQL) and data integration
- 2+ years of experience in designing data visualizations, reports, and dashboards
- Demonstrated ability to manage analytics requests independently from start to finish

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Expertise in longitudinal retail and specialty pharmacy transactions, EMR/Health IT, and disease registries
- Experience with clinical data standards and medical terminologies used in healthcare
- Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory compliance in real world evidence studies
- Background in alternative data sources and clinical data collection methods
- Knowledge of various data storage architectures (Lakes/Houses/Lakehouses)
