What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain quality and integrity of the program curriculum
- Engage in faculty recruitment, orientation, development, mentoring, and evaluation
- Coordinate projects for continuous program improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordination and consistency of outcomes
- Engage in programmatic accreditation and assessment activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- DNP or PhD in Nursing or closely related field with a Master’s in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Active, unencumbered RN license in good standing
- Five (5)+ years of leadership experience at the degree level of the program
- Three (3) years of doctoral-level teaching experience, distance learning/online experience preferred
- Knowledge of specialized nursing accreditation and accountability processes

- Experience with nursing curriculum development, revision, and assessment
- Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate and work remotely
- Commitment to advocating for the learning and development needs of students earning their degrees in a distance learning environment
- Experience with online learning platforms and student engagement strategies
- Commitment to the promotion of applied research and the recruitment and development of a diverse faculty
