      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain the quality and integrity of the program curriculum
      - Engage in faculty recruitment, development, mentoring, and evaluation
      - Provide leadership for continuous program improvement initiatives
      - Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent outcomes across programs
      - Participate in programmatic accreditation and assessment activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - DNP or PhD in Nursing or a closely related field with a Master’s in Nursing from an accredited institution
      - Active, unencumbered RN license in good standing
      - Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience at the degree level of the program
      - Three (3) years of doctoral-level teaching experience, preferably in distance learning
      - Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with nursing curriculum development, revision, and assessment
      - Knowledge of specialized nursing accreditation processes
      - Familiarity with DNP scholarly projects and PhD dissertation committees
      - Commitment to inclusive teaching and experience with online learning platforms
      - Evidence of professional contributions to the field of nursing
