What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in developing and executing email marketing campaigns and CRM initiatives
- Manage the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely campaign setup, scheduling, and deployment
- Execute A/B testing to enhance email engagement metrics
- Generate insights and analytics from email marketing data to improve campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and optimize customer journeys

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, CRM, or related fields
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data analysis; proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially in QA and testing of campaigns

- Basic understanding of customer journeys and optimization techniques
