      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide leadership for geographically or functionally distinct markets and implement business unit strategies
      - Develop and maintain effective communication and relationships with clients
      - Oversee report preparation, annual budgets, and ensure compliance with leasing guidelines
      - Monitor cash flow and coordinate billing processes in conjunction with the Property Manager
      - Conduct annual performance evaluations and career path discussions for property management staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related discipline
      - 8+ years of real estate property management or related experience
      - 5+ years of supervisory experience
      - Real Estate License
      - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CPM and/or RPA certification or comparable experience in a senior leadership role
      - Active participation in external charitable and industry-related organizations
      - Proven ability to monitor and anticipate trends and changes within the real estate industry
      - Demonstrated initiative through taking on additional assignments and responsibilities
