      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the creation and execution of sustainability strategies related to animal health and welfare
      - Identify and address emerging sustainability issues and opportunities for collaboration
      - Manage cross-functional projects to facilitate goal attainment in sustainability plans
      - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with strategic suppliers and industry associations
      - Analyze data to determine industry trends and devise long-term development strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in sustainability strategy development and implementation
      - Strong understanding of animal welfare regulations and industry best practices
      - Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
      - Ability to analyze data and insights to inform strategic decisions
      - Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in procurement or supply chain management within the food industry
      - Familiarity with sustainability certifications and standards
      - Previous involvement in industry-specific sustainability forums or collaborations
