What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, execute, and manage a Commercial Diagnostic Data strategy
- Oversee genetic data ingestion and reporting processes, ensuring data integrity
- Conduct genetic data analyses and provide insights for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to leverage genetic databases for analyses
- Create data visualizations using tools like Tableau and R/Shiny to support decision-making

What is Required (Qualifications):
- PhD in Genetics or Bioinformatics, or a related Life Sciences degree; MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
- Expertise in genetic variant interpretation and familiarity with ACMG classification
- Proficiency in Python programming and experience in a Unix/Linux environment
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and communicate technical information to non-technical audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with large genetic data set analyses and relational databases (SQL preferred)
- Proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI, R/R Shiny, and other dashboarding tools
- Positive attitude with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Experience in translational research focused on genetic analyses
- Willingness to travel up to 15% for company events and collaborations
