      About the job:


      The Associate Director-Cybersecurity will play a crucial role in the Chief Security Office (CSO) Identity and Access Management team in relation to privileged access management (PAM). Provide support for architecture, design, engineering, delivery, and operations related to PAM solutions including but not limited to vaulting, session management, application integration, secrets management, endpoint privilege management, processes, monitoring and services.

      Qualifications:

      • Preferred Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or Cyber Security related fields.

      • Requires 10 or more years of experience in Cybersecurity

      • 5 years of experience managing technical Cybersecurity teams required.

      • A financial service background is preferred

      • A proven track record of managing large IAM and monitoring programs at a large and complex company.

      • 2 years of experience with IAM, Risk and Controls

      • Must be able to interact with all areas of the business and translate business needs into tactical implementations.

      • In-depth knowledge of IT controls to ensure that controls and policies are enforced via automated processes.

      • Requires Daily Office Presence (3-5 days a week) in Dallas, TX. No relocation assistance is provided.

      Our Associate Director Cybersecurity earns between $174,100 - $261,1000 USD Annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
