What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure compliance with quality risk management, deviation management, and product release processes
- Maintain a virtual presence at external partner sites to assess conditions and formulate improvement plans
- Partner with internal teams on commercial aspects of relationships with external manufacturing organizations
- Lead cross-functional teams in due diligence for sourcing approvals and new product introductions
- Oversee inventory control and ensure integrity of Master Supply Agreements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business
- Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial/business and manufacturing, including sterile operations
- At least 2 years of experience in management or leadership positions
- Deep understanding of GMP and EHS compliance in sterile operations
- Proven Lean Six Sigma skills for operational excellence

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Direct Health Authority Audit experience
- Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with end-to-end supply chain processes
- Ability to apply financial and industry data for business decision-making
- Strong negotiation skills to manage external partnerships effectively
