What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development of business/financial case for specific initiatives and capital management
- Develop a standard approach to partnering with payer and rebate teams
- Perform forecasting and modeling for modeling and rate
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes and identify areas of improvement
- Lead a group of analysts to automate reporting and unlock analytics for operational excellence
- Demonstrate knowledge to tie data to help drive patient care
- Strong partnership with sales and client management relationship org
- Create business cases for site openings/closures and investment opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant, high-impact financial experience
- Experience in communicating complex thoughts in a clear, concise, and timely manner
- Solid understanding of FP&A and financial modeling
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with key business executives
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate issues and implement appropriate action plans
- Demonstrated combination of creativity and discipline applied to execution of scalable growth initiatives
- Proven exceptional financial acumen
- Proven ability to partner with the business and guide decisions for performance objectives

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in pharmacy or PBM
- Solid analytics background and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Reside in central or eastern time zones
