What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 4 years of related clinical background in healthcare
- Certification/license to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
- Experience in coordination of educational programs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration, or Health Education
- Knowledge of CME/CNE/CEU requirements and program planning
- Ability to investigate and write educational grants
- Experience in delivering educational content
- Understanding of health-literacy and adult learning principles
