What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance coverage of the Plastic Regenerative Medicine product portfolio
- Identify and address barriers to payer access and performance using market analysis
- Create educational materials and presentations regarding the impact of policies on the business
- Monitor legislative and regulatory actions affecting the employer's operations and products
- Collaborate with internal teams to support a network of partners for effective market access strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in medical device, insurance, healthcare reimbursement, or related fields
- Expert knowledge of the US healthcare system, including payor policies and regulatory environments
- Proven ability to analyze healthcare data to support market development and health policy
- Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Experience in gaining payer coverage decisions and developing payer policies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Existing relationships with individuals at third-party insurance companies and payer organizations
- Experience with tissue matrix/skin substitute or capital equipment products
- Background in hospital inpatient, HOPD, ASC, and physician billing
- Demonstrated project and program management skills
- Ability to work independently with little direction and self-initiation
