What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as analytics lead for assigned therapeutic area, mitigating issues and reducing touch points from study lead
- Prepare analytical components of reports and provide specifications to HEOR researchers
- Present study results and contribute to scientific presentations
- Identify appropriate data resources and external expertise for research activities
- Support clinical trial endpoint strategies and statistical analysis plans
- Meet timelines in a complex matrix structure and foster effective cross-functional teamwork
- Interact with HEOR TA scientists and analytical team members for QC activities
- Translate HEOR business needs into RWE project concepts and develop study protocols
- Provide advice and guidance on data sources and RWE utilization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Statistics or related discipline required, PhD preferred
- Successful management experience of other analysts
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in SAS, SAS Macro SQL programming
- Ability to incorporate production code macros and present complex research and data clearly
- 5-10 years' experience in observational study analysis
- Experience with "R" or other similar programming for real-world data analytics
- Ability to perform urgent analyses with short turnaround time and collaborate on joint projects
- Professional training in a healthcare field preferred
- 5+ years' experience in claims, survey, clinical, and EMR analyses preferred
