      Job Title: Associate Director – Marketing (GBM, Immunology)

      The Associate Director – Marketing will be responsible for supporting integrated marketing strategies, programs, and tactics to maximize commercial potential for Immunology brands in the Specialty Care Business Unit.

      This person develops a team of marketing professionals through brand planning, execution, and coaching within the BU. This individual, together with brand managers, will lead the development and execution of promotional activities to drive market share and achieve sales target. This person drives the execution of all promotional tactics, and is responsible for flowless execution of such tactics, working in close collaboration with cross-functional managers and external partners.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Work with the cross-functional managers on development and execution of strategic plans and executable launch plans for pipeline medicines in Immunology utilizing insights gained from customer and patient segmentation, environment, competitors, and existing lifecycle management and incorporating the evaluation of different appropriate scenarios
      • Proactively identifies and manages potential risks and opportunities for brands, including development and execution of pre- and post-launch strategies.
      • Maintain industry awareness regarding market trends, competition, product acceptance, and new product release.
      • Demonstrate expertise of the therapeutic area, market trends, key thought leaders, advocacy organizations, deep market insights, and building a brand strategy across various customer segments.
      • Leverage primary and secondary market research and analytics critical to directing brand strategies and optimizing marketing tactics
      • Analyze complex problems and situations, provide logical recommendations, and lead any required action planning
      • Work in collaboration with the IBU tetrad and contribute to localize global strategies
      • Lead Launch readiness – related communication, with Launch readiness assessment framework & Operational Tools, to carry out every necessary launch preparation without any delay.
      • To support the development of detailed patient driven product forecasts that can be used for financial and demand planning purposes.
      • To ensure compliance in all interactions throughout the organization and to liaise with the Regional and Local compliance functions to see that all processes and activities are in line with internal and external policies

      Requirements:

      Basic Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree required in business or related filed required
      • Product launch experience in Immunology and a deep understanding of the Specialty Care
      • In-depth knowledge and recent experience in Immunology
      • Experience in managing advanced multichannel activities
      • Solid interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work on cross-functional teams in both leadership and member roles
      • Excellent communications skills with an ability to efficiently and productively communicate both orally and in writing are required
      • Ability to work cross functionally with commercial and medical at global, regional and affiliate levels
      • High level of motivation and a strong desire to find creative solutions to challenging situations

      Preferred Qualifications

      • MBA or Master’s Degree
      • 7 to 10 years’ experience
      • Ability to quickly understand and communicate all clinical data / publications to support business objectives
      • Strong communication skills and track record of effective and influential presentations, delivering complex messages to external and internal customers, including Senior Leadership
      • Strong track record of project and process management skills, along with the ability to work on multiple tasks, and to effectively prioritize
      • Demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate customer needs (internal and/or external)
      • Sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
