What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead recruitment activities in designated territory for multiple medical schools
- Develop institutional pathway partnerships and design recruitment strategies
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with marketing teams on joint partner marketing efforts
- Deliver presentations and attend events to promote brand awareness and student opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in business or a directly relevant discipline
- 5+ years of successful sales or field marketing experience
- Proven ability to establish strong relationships with customers, preferably in education
- Must have a valid passport, driver's license, and reliable transportation
- Computer proficiency utilizing MS Office and database systems
