      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead recruitment activities in designated territories for multiple medical schools
      - Develop and execute recruitment strategies and institutional pathway partnerships
      - Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to inform recruitment efforts
      - Collaborate with marketing teams for joint partner marketing initiatives
      - Deliver presentations and attend educational conferences to promote brand awareness and partnerships

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Minimum of 5 years of successful sales or field marketing experience
      - Proven ability to establish strong relationships with customers, preferably in education
      - Valid passport, driver's license, and reliable transportation; flexible schedule for weekend travel
      - Proficiency in MS Office and database management
