What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial and variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Essbase/Smartview
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities effectively
