Key Responsibilities:
Partner (companies which would complement practice/delivery) Management:
o Partner qualification and on boarding / empanelment.
o Partner performance tracking & report.
o Partner coordination – Invoice / Payment / Escalation.
o Internal coordination – Biz operation, Finance, HR, TA, Practice, Delivery
o Partner off boarding (based on the criteria)
o Payment tracking and coordinationRequired Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in Partner management with respect to Practice & Delivery in IT
Services organization.
Strong expertise in Business operation especially vendor management, finance
operation, and Governance.
Strong stakeholder management and business development skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Engineering or Commerce graduate
Experience in IT Services organization
Business operation knowledgeSoft Skills:
Strategic thinking and innovation.
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
