What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in developing patient recruitment strategies
- Strong customer focus and collaboration skills within a team environment
- Line management experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
