What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and cultivate relationships in the portfolio and start-up technology communities
- Engage in the investment process to support strategic value creation plans
- Develop best practices for project management and partnership projects
- Manage a high-value pipeline of partnership opportunities
- Support portfolio management by representing RTX Ventures on board seats

What is Required (Qualifications):
- University Degree and minimum 11 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 9 years of experience
- At least 3 years of early/growth-stage business, product, or project management experience
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident "Green Card" holder

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA and/or Advanced Technology degree
- Significant transactional experience in VC, M&A, joint ventures, etc.
- Strong knowledge of finance and various valuation techniques
- Highly collaborative working style with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in aerospace and defense
