What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Grow new and build on existing partner relationships with national and regional real estate owners, developers, investors, and lenders
- Leverage existing networks to actively source introductions and expand the employer's portfolio
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve growth targets in key markets
- Represent the employer at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
- Lead the presentation of complex financial models to senior-level real estate developers/investors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years of experience in multifamily and/or hotel brokerage, investment, development, or asset management with a successful deal track record
- Proven ability to build a large network of senior contacts
- Ability to travel 30%-50% of the time based on business and deal needs
- Strong business writing and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Existing deep multifamily network in your home city is strongly preferred
- Experience in a quota-bearing or incentive-based role with a successful deal track record
- Self-starter mentality with a thirst to learn quickly
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales processes and close deals
