What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Grow new and build on existing partner relationships with national and regional real estate owners, developers, investors, and lenders
- Actively source warm and cold introductions to expand the employer's portfolio
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve growth targets in key markets
- Represent the employer at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
- Support contract negotiations alongside the VP of Real Estate Partnerships and the employer's General Counsel

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years of experience in multifamily and/or hotel brokerage, investment, development, or asset management
- Proven ability to build a large network of senior contacts
- Ability to travel 30%-50% of the time based on business and deal needs
- Strong business writing and communication skills
