What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maximize sales growth within the established account base by strategizing with the sales team and accounts
- Assist in developing account strategies and sales reporting, providing input into publishing programs
- Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for growth
- Communicate account-specific information related to appropriate imprints
- Represent children's sales at internal meetings and external account meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of prior publishing sales or related experience; managerial experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent product knowledge and understanding of publishing functions
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to run reports and analyze data

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a managerial role within the publishing industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel for account meetings up to 10% of the time
