      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maximize sales growth within the established account base by collaborating with the sales team and accounts
      - Develop account strategies and sales reporting, contributing to publishing programs
      - Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for growth
      - Communicate account-specific information relevant to various imprints
      - Attend account meetings and trade shows to represent children's sales

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 8 years prior publishing sales or related experience; managerial experience is a plus
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Excellent product knowledge and understanding of publishing functions
      - Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
      - Strong analytical skills, including the ability to run reports and communicate key findings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing a sales team within the publishing industry
      - Familiarity with sales reporting systems and data analysis tools
      - Proven track record of successful sales strategies and account management
      - Ability to travel for account meetings up to 10% of the time
