      We are looking for a Supply Chain Associate Director, who is responsible for leading and aligning supply chain planning and logistics operations across the EMEA and India regions. You will ensure effective demand and supply planning, inventory management, and logistics execution to meet service level, cost, and operational efficiency goals. You will lead all aspects of regional strategies, run partnerships with 3PLs and warehouses, and coordinate with manufacturing and commercial teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations aligned with organizational objectives.

      Essential Job Functions:

      • Develop and execute supply chain strategies for EMEA and India, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

      • Ensure cross-functional alignment regarding make versus buy strategies, including procurement activities with Warehouses and Tollers

      • Lead regional Sales and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes to optimize supply-demand balance, including financial implications

      • Analyze supply chain performance and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs

      • Direct inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of materials and products

      • Collaborate with 3PLs, warehouses, and internal teams to streamline distribution processes.

      • Drive initiatives to optimize freight costs, improve delivery accuracy, and enhance customer happiness

      • Monitor inventory levels and establish policies to achieve efficient balance between service and working capital

      • Identify and address slow-moving and off-spec inventory through collaboration with sales and production teams

      • Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints while achieving logistics and planning objectives

      Qualifications & Experience:

      • Bachelors’ or equivalent education in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering or similar

      • Master’s degree in supply chain management or equivalent education preferred

      • APICS certification preferred

      • Strong leadership and management experience of 4-6 direct reports, with wider team of 20-30 indirect reports preferred

      • Expertise in supply chain systems and analytics (e.g., SAP, Power BI)

      • Sophisticated problem-solving and decision-making skills

      • Outstanding communication and relationship-building capabilities
