What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Convert print production files into ebooks using in-house processes
- Prepare print production files for third-party vendor conversion and conduct quality control
- Update ebook files and troubleshoot quality issues in the market
- Maintain title-level database records and update project status
- Participate in discussions to improve production processes and digital reading experiences

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and HTML editing software
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Mac OS/iPad OS

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in digital publishing or book design
- Familiarity with creating and/or editing EPUB files
- Experience with other Adobe Creative Cloud applications
- Knowledge of File Maker Pro or other database software
