What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Instruct undergraduate and/or graduate courses in specific disciplines
- Develop and maintain the quality and integrity of the College of Doctoral Studies
- Use mentor/coach approach to build educational relationships with students
- Utilize classroom learning system technology and Microsoft Office software
- Maintain availability to students, respond to issues, and hold open office hours

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctorate in Business, Education, Healthcare, or related field requiring dissertation completion
- 6 doctoral level credits in research methodologies or 2 years of experience as an Associate Dean
- Degree from a regionally accredited institution
- Record of research and scholarly activity
- Completion of the self-guided Dissertation Chair Training Refresher (DCTR) annually

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven experience in industries relative to doctoral degree programs
- Familiarity with adult education experience
- High level of problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
