      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver course content, learning activities, and assessments using the University's current materials
      - Create a supportive learning environment and respond to student inquiries in a timely manner
      - Perform additional duties such as coaching, tutoring, and identifying resources to support student learning
      - Attend faculty meetings and university events as required
      - Maintain current knowledge of course updates and relevant information for effective instruction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctorate in Educational Leadership, Educational Administration, or Higher Education Administration or related degree
      - 1 year of leadership experience in K-12 or higher education, educational technology, curriculum and development, and administration
      - Degree must be from a regionally accredited institution
      - Complete the self-guided Dissertation Chair Training Refresher (DCTR) annually
      - Record of research and scholarly activity

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven experience as a scholar, practitioner, leader in an industry relevant to the doctoral degree program
      - Familiarity with adult education principles, curriculum development, and academic content area
      - Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Knowledge of adult educational experience and retention motivation of adult learners
      - Experience working in higher education with a diverse group of doctoral students
