      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver course content, learning activities, and student assessments using the University's current course materials
      - Provide each student the opportunity to grow, develop, and achieve academic success
      - Perform additional duties such as coaching, tutoring, and identifying appropriate additional resources
      - Attend various faculty meetings and University events
      - Maintain current professional and technical knowledge of content area(s)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctorate in Healthcare Economics, Health Administration, Health Innovation, Health Leadership, Clinical Sciences (medical/nursing) disciplines, Health Sciences, or Public Health OR 1 year of senior-level health administration experience in a financial or economics and population health or epidemiology context in the health sector
      - Degree must be from a regionally accredited institution
      - Complete the self-guided Dissertation Chair Training Refresher (DCTR) annually
      - Must have record of research and scholarly activity
      - Must meet UOPX's definition of scholarship engagement

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven experience as a scholar, practitioner, leader in one of the industries relative to our doctoral degree program
      - Familiarity with adult education experience
      - Experience with doctoral-level education
      - High level of problem-solving and decision-making abilities
      - Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
