What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Instruct undergraduate and/or graduate courses in specific disciplines, ensuring alignment with established learning objectives
- Engage with students to foster academic rigor and support their success through timely responses and a supportive learning environment
- Perform additional duties such as coaching and tutoring, and oversee student clinical/practicum/mentorship experiences as required
- Attend faculty meetings and university events to maintain knowledge of course updates and contribute to faculty effectiveness
- Maintain current professional knowledge in nursing and adapt to technology changes to facilitate online instruction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have experience with adult and geriatric populations
- Doctor of Nursing Science, Doctor of Nursing Practice, PhD in Nursing, or a Master's degree in Nursing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical nursing practice setting, with at least 2 years managing adult and geriatric populations
- Active unencumbered Registered Nurse or Multistate (RN) license and Arizona Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) certification
- National certification as a Nurse Practitioner
