      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide leadership, innovation, and technical excellence in Public Financial Management (PFM) service areas
      - Develop technical proposals and project deliverables, contributing to proposal strategy and writing
      - Collaborate across sectors to identify and deepen strategic relationships with prospective clients
      - Manage and oversee all aspects of large and/or complex projects, ensuring contract deliverables are met
      - Lead and mentor teams while building staff capacity in fundamental PFM concepts and practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Political Science, or International Affairs; master’s degree preferred
      - At least seven (7) years of relevant professional experience in related fields
      - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management and new business at a professional services firm
      - Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
      - Current U.S. work authorization is required at the time of application

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Overseas development experience or understanding of contract management and client needs
      - Familiarity with USAID and Tetra Tech client policies related to PFM and economic policy
      - Proficiency in leading and contributing to successful proposals and technical solutions
      - Professional working proficiency in a second language preferred, especially Spanish, French, Russian, Arabic, or Portuguese
      - Willingness to travel 30-40%
