      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support project technical and financial management, acting as Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager as assigned
      - Lead the development of technical proposals and project deliverables for USAID-funded projects
      - Identify and strategize prospective clients and marketing efforts in the WSSH sector
      - Provide short-term technical assistance and management support to project staff, including during startup and closeout phases
      - Represent the employer to clients and partners in both the U.S. and international settings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum master’s degree in civil/environmental engineering, policy, environmental sciences, or related field
      - At least seven (7) years of professional experience, with strong recommendations from clients and peers
      - Minimum three (3) years of experience in project management support or technical assistance in developing countries
      - Demonstrated technical expertise in water security, sanitation, and hygiene (WSSH)
      - Fluency in English; proficiency in another language (especially French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Arabic) is preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience living and working overseas in a cross-cultural context
      - Previous experience writing complex technical proposals
      - Strong knowledge of USAID project management practices
      - Ability to work in multi-disciplinary, cross-cultural teams
      - Familiarity with international donor projects
