      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide legal support and advice, including interpreting laws, rules, and regulations
      - Negotiate and draft contracts and other legal documents
      - Assist management with legal compliance and policy revisions
      - Advise company personnel on legal requirements pertaining to operations
      - Promote corporate compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - JD or LLB from an ABA accredited law school
      - Bar admission and eligibility to practice in Arizona
      - Minimum of five years of experience as a practicing attorney
      - Working knowledge of personal computers and word-processing skills
      - Strong interpersonal and professional skills for effective legal service delivery

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Eight or more years as a practicing attorney, including at least five years in a law firm setting
      - Three years of experience in health care law
      - Additional related education and/or experience
