      Option Care Health seeks an Associate General Counsel, Healthcare Transactions to join its collaborative legal team. This attorney will lead the legal support for planning, structuring, and executing complex healthcare transactions and other strategic business arrangements; serve as the lead lawyer for the Company’s Compliance function; lead the internal legal support for the Company’s mergers and acquisitions and equity investment activities; and serve as the lead lawyer for the Company’s Business Development function and as a member of its extended leadership team.

      The successful candidate will have at least seven (7) years of experience with a large law firm and in-house legal department, preferably performing legal services for healthcare service providers, hospitals, or health systems. S/he will have significant knowledge regarding healthcare regulatory and general corporate matters and deep experience with healthcare transactions including complex commercial contracts, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior law firm experience is required. Experience handling legal issues at a hospital, healthcare service provider, or a large health system is strongly preferred.

      Bannockburn, IL (a Chicago suburb). This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence 1-2 days / week.

      Commensurate with experience. The package includes base salary, target bonus, equity, long term incentive, and benefits.
