Create various financial analyses, including valuations and merger and consequences.
Perform comprehensive and in-depth company and industry financial research.
Execute and advise on various M&A, initial public offerings, follow-ons, mandatory convertibles and exchangeable debt offerings, spin offs/split offs, debt-for-equity exchanges, recapitalizations, and private placements.
Develop and maintain financial models to analyze trends, including discounted cash flow, leverage buyout, cost of capital analysis, merger models, ability-to-pay, valuecreation, operating models, and 3-statement models.
Perform comprehensive valuation analysis using comparable companies and precedent transactions.
Prepare client presentation materials, internal approval memos, and marketing documents such as roadshow materials, confidential information memorandums, and rating agency presentations to execute transactions.
Conduct research using Factset, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Thomson, and Factiva to analyze market data and competitive dynamics.
Assess Financial products, Accounting standards, market practices, trade and system flows to provide creative solutions and facilitate workflow.
Address issues and coordinate with team members to come up with improvement recommendations and solutions.
Automate manual processes that require large data sets and prepare customized reports using PowerBI.
Define systems scope, objectives and functionality based on user input and assess business processes and industry requirements.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; and
2 years of experience in the job offered or a related finance occupation.

Addressing issues and coordinating with team members to come up with improvement recommendations and solutions;
Automating manual processes that require large data sets and preparing customized reports using PowerBI; and,

Up to 15% domestic and international travel, as necessary.
