      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop strategic account plans to drive new revenue opportunities across a portfolio of qualified Luxury Accounts
      - Create and maintain action plans for each account, including quota targets and customer engagement strategies
      - Support key Luxury focus hotels in North America based on business priorities and anticipated levels
      - Cultivate long-term strategic relationships with travel agencies and luxury lifestyle organizations
      - Represent the employer at industry events and assist in organizing familiarization trips

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6-8 years of hotel sales experience
      - Experience with Luxury Sales on property and/or above property
      - Solid written, verbal, and presentation skills
      - Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
      - Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Comprehensive knowledge of Hotels and Sales Practices
      - Advanced Excel knowledge
