      About the Role

      In this role, you will help to create in-house designs for apparel graphics in collaboration with the cross-functional product development teams. You will help produce mechanical art and complex graphic design (logos, illustrations, photographs, tags, labels, etc.) using a strong understanding of the brand aesthetic. Your goal is to interpret design ideas, ensuring that the graphics produced align with seasonal concepts and that the resulting product style is more than worth the price for our customers.

      What You'll Do

      • Research global markets in order to identify new seasonal trends, techniques and competitive inspiration.

      • Develop concepts and sketches for product line and advocates for design ideas by presenting to internal leadership and cross functional partners .

      • Develop strong internal cross functional relationships.

      • Able to communicate difficult concepts in a simple manner

      • Participate in projects and assignments of diverse scope.

      Who You Are

      • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work accordingly.

      • Strong creative sense with artistic abilities

      • Thorough knowledge of graphics production (e.g., silk screen color separation; camera ready art, heat transfers, etc.)

      • Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and additional related software
