      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, hardware, and mobile devices
      - Maintain daily performance of computer systems and diagnose and resolve problems
      - Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
      - Assist with audio visual and conference room technology
      - Evaluate new technologies and provide procurement support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of relevant experience
      - Working knowledge of PC hardware and networking environments
      - Proficiency in Active Directory and Microsoft Office suite
      - Experience with anti-Malware software, web conference platforms, and remote support software
      - Strong communication and collaboration skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge or experience with mobile device platforms (iOS)
      - Familiarity with telephone systems
      - Ability to thrive in a high-paced, high-stress environment
      - Experience working across multiple levels of an organization
