What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the global HR business partner for the Tax, Audit & Accounting Professionals Go-To-Market segment
- Provide strategic guidance to senior leaders on organization change activities and critical people issues
- Analyze data and trends to identify people and culture needs, designing relevant talent solutions
- Facilitate execution of cyclical HR processes, ensuring effective communication and positive stakeholder experience
- Partner with Regional HR to support first line managers and employees on policies and complex people issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience supporting a Sales and Go-To-Market organization
- Relevant business and HR education, certification, or equivalent experience
- Progressive experience in HR business partnering or HR service delivery, ideally at a management level
- Strong data analytic skills, including proficiency in AI, Workday/HRIS systems, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
