      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the global HR business partner for the Tax, Audit & Accounting Professionals Go-To-Market segment
      - Provide strategic guidance to senior leaders on organization change activities and critical people issues
      - Analyze data and trends to identify people and culture needs and deliver relevant talent solutions
      - Drive the diversity and inclusion agenda across all HR functions
      - Facilitate execution of cyclical HR processes ensuring timely completion and positive stakeholder experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting a Sales and Go-To-Market organization
      - Relevant business and HR education, certification, or equivalent experience
      - Progressive experience in HR business partnering or HR service delivery at a management level
      - Strong data analytic skills including proficiency in AI, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Excel
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence leaders

      - Experience in leading or supporting M&A due diligence and integration activities
      - Demonstrated ability to think globally and adapt in a fast-paced environment
