What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the P&C insurance industry
- Prior experience in pricing and/or product analysis/product management
- Bachelor's degree with a relevant academic background
- Strong analytical abilities with a solid understanding of pricing techniques and insurance operations
- Demonstrated ability to convey complex information clearly, both verbally and in writing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in business or a related field
- Industry designations: FCAS, ACAS, or CPCU
- Experience managing state-level operations with oversight
- Familiarity with insurance regulations and business constraints
