What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage state(s) to meet profitability targets and facilitate rapid growth
- Develop strategies related to pricing, product, and underwriting for assigned markets
- Utilize analytical problem-solving and leadership skills to execute product initiatives
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and company leaders to enhance customer experience
- Research competition to assess opportunities and threats
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the P&C insurance industry with an understanding of current market conditions
- Prior experience in pricing and/or product analysis/product management
- Bachelor's degree with a relevant academic background
- Strong analytical abilities with a solid understanding of pricing techniques and insurance operations
- Excellent planning, organizational, decision-making, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in business or a related field
- Other industry designations: FCAS, ACAS, or CPCU
