What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the initial point of contact for reported incidents or requests, accurately gathering details through various intake methods
- Maintain established department policies and procedures while enhancing organizational performance and stability
- Understand and adhere to performance operational metrics and adherence policies
- Resolve issues or escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate tier 2 and 3 support teams, ensuring accurate documentation
- Utilize technical troubleshooting skills to identify data trends and call patterns

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, General Studies, or a combination of equivalent education and experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong technical troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to adhere to performance metrics and policies
- Excellent documentation skills using system-approved tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ITIL Foundations certification within 2 years of hire date
- HDI Customer Service Representative certification within 2 years of hire date
- 2 or more years of experience in call center, customer service, or IT roles
