What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with customers to understand their issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Radiometer Digital Solutions products
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Participate in projects aimed at enhancing company business practices and associate development
- Support the IT Solutions Team in managing and implementing Radiometer Digital Solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing technical support for SaaS platforms
- At least 1 year of experience supporting HL7 or ASTM interfaces
- Availability to work between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time
- Willingness to travel up to 10%, including overnight and potentially international travel
- Ability to participate in a weekly On-Call rotation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Mirth Connect / NextGen Connect
- Knowledge of installing and configuring platforms that utilize Windows IIS, MS SQL, and MS SSRS
- Fluency in French
- Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Bachelor of Information Technology, or relevant IT certifications (e.g., A+, Network+, MCSA)
