What is Required (Qualifications):
- Jurisprudence degree from an accredited law school
- Eligible for admission to the State Bar of Texas
- Admitted to practice law in Texas within 12 months of hire
- Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or related field
- One year of experience in patent applications and technology transfer

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Admitted to practice before the US Patent & Trademark Office
- Master's degree or PhD in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or related field
- Experience working in a university's technology transfer office
