Influencing the external environment and our investigators and patients, aligning the communication of the medical, digital and product strategic ambition of Sanofi in the delivery of our clinical programs.
Supporting the local market preparation and enhancing company reputation.
Providing internal & external partners with state of the art and competitive clinical, scientific & operational expertise and capabilities.
Continuously improve performance via scientific, technological and process innovations, adding significant value to clinical studies and evidence generation derived from such innovations.
Adapt clinical operations to partners needs from worldwide development of first-in-line to local/regional support of a new formulation.
Build expertise in planning, start-up, execution, and closing studies with emphasis on quality and efficacy
Prioritization of study deliverables focused on impact

Develop patient recruitment strategies
Stakeholder Mapping, and Management
Vendor Management
Identify issues and risks
Perform root cause analysis

Interpersonal & Relationship Management across business units (US Clinical Studies Unit, Global Trial Operations, US Medical Team)

Stakeholder engagement
Presentations and messaging aligned to the stakeholder
Indirect management and leadership of vendor partner roles (Clinical Research Associates and Clinical Project Assistants)
Share learning and insights with teams
Frontline site engagement and relationship management
Build and maintain robust and meaningful relationships with new and existing sites and investigators
Knowledge of Sanofi Pipeline and Key Therapeutic Areas
Develop disease specific expertise
Data driven decision making
Digital Implementation: willingness and ability to learn new digital tools and technologies as they emerge and adapt to changes in digital platforms and software (AI capabilities).
Must have recently graduated from an accredited University or College with at least bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Must have permanent US work authorization
Internship experience or coursework related to project management is preferred.
Passion for learning and applying proactive and strategic thinking to operationalize and manage clinical trials.

Job Summary
Clinical Study Units (CSUs) are our experts with deep knowledge and know-how of clinical trial delivery in our key strategic countries and are one of the closest links to our clinical investigators and patients, setting up the company studies within each relevant country, and delivering quality data, as much as maintaining site and patient engagement in the longer term. The CSUs are supported by the relevant affiliate functions (medical, regulatory, external affairs) and the country HCP network to successfully conduct our trials.
You will be responsible to work with the Lead Local Study Manager in the day-to-day operations and play a crucial part of planning, executing, delivering, and monitoring of clinical trials aimed at driving organizational growth and success. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team who exemplifies fundamental strategic project management skills and behaviors. Training on ICH/GCP Guidelines & overview of clinical drug development will be provided to all new hires.

The salary range for this position is $81,750.00 to $109,000.00 USD Annually. All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience.
