      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee initiatives for deploying new customers to Listing Showcase, ensuring exceptional onboarding experiences
      - Lead and coach a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve successful client conversions
      - Collaborate with Sales and Product Development/IT to align customer expectations with product capabilities
      - Analyze key implementation metrics to evaluate team performance and identify improvement opportunities
      - Serve as an escalation point for customer issues, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Four-year degree or equivalent experience preferred
      - Previous management and technology implementation experience preferred but not required
      - Excellent leadership and motivational skills
      - Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
      - Demonstrated proficiency with complex technology

      - Knowledge of the real estate industry
      - Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate customer needs
