What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for the children's divisions related to the Digital Strategic Positioning Team
- Write and optimize web copy for children's books in collaboration with editorial teams
- Attend sales and divisional meetings to discuss priority titles
- Manage web copy requests from editorial and sales teams
- Maintain and optimize online retailer content including author biographies and book excerpts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least one year of experience working with children’s books
- Excellent communication skills for interaction across departments
- Strong writing skills with experience in writing descriptions or web copy for books
- Detailed knowledge of various children's book formats and genres
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience writing jacket copy or title information sheets for books
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies for children's literature
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
