      Make a Global Impact in Finance

      Join CFA Institute as an Associate Manager, Global Accounts Payable and bring your expertise in finance systems, data analysis, and process improvement to a dynamic, mission-driven organization. You’ll support and enhance global accounts payable operations, lead cross-functional projects, and contribute to strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.       What You’ll Do

      • Lead System Management & Projects (25%)
        Serve as the subject matter expert and/or project manager for AP-related systems and cross-functional initiatives. Maintain and enhance platforms such as NetSuite, Concur, Sovos, and ensure seamless GL integrations.

      • Drive Reporting & Insight (35%)
        Develop dashboards, KPIs, and data visualizations using NSAW. Perform in-depth analysis to uncover trends, solve problems, and present actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.

      • Oversee Daily Operations (20%)
        Review team outputs, troubleshoot and resolve escalated AP issues, and manage global payments using Kyriba, NetSuite, and banking platforms. Ensure internal controls, policy adherence, and accurate financial processing.

      • Implement Process Improvements (10%)
        Lead initiatives that increase automation, improve financial controls, and enhance stakeholder experiences. Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve end-to-end Source to Pay challenges.

      • Support Financial Close & Compliance (10%)
        Handle accounting activities including reconciliations, journal entries, audit support, and IRS 1099/1042 reporting.


      What You’ll Bring

      Minimum Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience

      • 5–7+ years of experience in accounts payable or related finance functions, with increasing levels of responsibility

      • Proven expertise in accounts payable systems and processes, preferably in international contexts

      • Advanced skills in Concur, NetSuite, and Excel; proficiency with PowerPoint, Outlook, and standard office tools

      • Strong knowledge of financial processes, accounting concepts, and internal controls

      • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

      • Experience leading AP functions or supervising others

      • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

      • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Experience with Sovos Tax (1099/1042), Kyriba, and data visualization tools (or a strong interest in learning)

      • Familiarity with global financial regulations and segregation of duties practices

      • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships

      • A continuous improvement mindset and intellectual curiosity

      Expected salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000

      Other benefits include eligibility for annual incentives, 12% pension employer contribution, and competitive medical benefits.
